Walking is by far the most common and easiest of all physical activities.

Walking has many health benefits such as weight loss, healthier heart, stronger bones, toned muscles, improve balance and reduce falls, increase self-esteem, increased energy, improves memory, lowers risks for diabetes and cancer, lowers blood pressure, reduces stress and strengthens the immune system.

So let’s keep walking daily and take 10,000 steps a day!
